You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. By using this platform, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 or the laws of your jurisdiction.

For corporate and B2B orders, the authorized representative placing the order warrants that they have authority to bind the organization to these terms.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of applicable GST. For international orders, customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

• Payment is accepted via Razorpay (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking), Stripe (international cards), and bank transfer for bulk orders.
• Bulk orders above ₹50,000 require a 50% advance payment before production begins.
• An order confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.
• GST invoices are automatically generated for all domestic orders. IGST applies for inter-state shipments.

Custom engraving, logo embossing, and bespoke design requests are subject to a design approval process. Once you approve the proof, we cannot make further changes and production begins immediately.

• Customized items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect on our part.
• Production time is 7–15 business days. Rush orders may be possible at an additional charge.
• Natural variations in wood grain, bronze casting, and handmade lacquer work are features of artisan craftsmanship and not defects.

We ship pan-India via Delhivery, DTDC, and Blue Dart. International orders are shipped via FedEx and DHL. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed due to carrier delays or force majeure events.

Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon handover to the carrier. Please inspect all parcels for damage before accepting delivery. Damaged parcels should be refused and reported to us within 24 hours with photographic evidence.

Standard (non-customized) orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund. After production begins, cancellations are not accepted. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy for detailed return procedures.

All content on this platform — including product photographs, design artwork, brand names, logos, and descriptive copy — is the exclusive property of Giftnkraft / Mannarcraft. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Giftnkraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order in question.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alappuzha, Kerala.
