Browse our catalog and add items to your cart, or chat with us on WhatsApp for personalized guidance. For bulk orders, use our Request a Quote form. Once payment is received, your order confirmation arrives within 24 hours.
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets via Razorpay (India). International buyers can pay via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). For large bulk orders we also accept bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS/SWIFT).
No, you can place orders as a guest via WhatsApp or email. However, creating an account lets you track orders, manage your wishlist, reorder quickly, and access exclusive member discounts.
We offer laser engraving (names, logos, messages), brass/copper embossing, custom lacquer color selection, bespoke wooden box sizing, branded ribbon and packaging, and full catalog design from scratch for corporate clients.
Standard customization (engraving on in-stock items) takes 7–10 business days. Bespoke designs requiring new molds or full custom fabrication take 15–25 business days. Rush production may be arranged at an additional fee — please contact us.
Yes, for all custom orders we share a digital proof via email/WhatsApp before production begins. You have 2 rounds of revisions included. Once you approve the proof, production starts and changes cannot be made.
Yes! We ship pan-India and to GCC countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman) and other international destinations via FedEx and DHL. International shipping costs and timelines are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email/WhatsApp message with your tracking number and carrier details. You can also use our Track an Order page to check real-time status.
Free shipping is available on all domestic orders above ₹1,999. Orders below this threshold attract a flat shipping fee of ₹99–₹149 depending on the delivery zone. Corporate bulk orders include free shipping above ₹25,000.
Standard (non-customized) items can be returned within 7 days of delivery in original, unused condition. Custom / personalized items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect. See our Shipping & Returns policy for full details.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item (usually within 3–5 business days), refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. For bank transfers, NEFT refunds may take an additional 2–3 business days.
For standard catalog items, the minimum bulk order is 25 pieces per SKU. For fully bespoke custom designs, the minimum is 50 pieces. There is no minimum for regular retail orders.
Yes, all domestic orders automatically include a GST-compliant e-invoice. For B2B orders, share your GST number during checkout or via email to receive a B2B invoice with correct IGST/CGST/SGST breakdowns for ITC claims.
Yes! Multi-address delivery is a core corporate feature. Share a spreadsheet with names and addresses, and we'll ship individually to each recipient with a personalized message card. Additional per-address charges may apply.
