Every Giftnkraft order is packed in our signature kraft gifting box, wrapped with recycled tissue, sealed with a wax stamp, and tied with a satin ribbon. Fragile items (bronze, ceramic) are double-bubble-wrapped and placed in reinforced outer cartons. We use eco-friendly, plastic-free packaging materials wherever possible.
Email returns@giftnkraft.com or WhatsApp us with your order number and reason for return, along with photos of the item.
We'll review your request within 24–48 hours. If approved, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label (for defective/wrong items) or provide a drop-off address.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or equivalent). Drop off at the designated carrier point or schedule a pickup within 3 days of approval.
Once we receive and inspect the item (3–5 business days), your refund is initiated within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
